Soly Appoints Matteo Artero as new Chief Operating Officer

Soly, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Matteo Artero as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Matteo transitions into this global role after a highly successful tenure as Country Manager of Soly Italy, where he spearheaded the company’s entry and rapid growth over the past 18 months, establishing it as one of the company’s most promising markets.

As COO, Matteo will oversee Soly’s global business operations, including marketing, technology, and supply chain. He brings extensive expertise in operational management and digital transformation to the leadership team and will focus on strengthening the company’s end-to-end operations across markets, enhancing scalability, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. His appointment marks a significant step in Soly’s ambition to scale its operations and continue innovating in the energy sector.

Replacing Matteo in Italy will be Martina Rossi, currently Soly Italy’s Head of Sales. Martina has been instrumental in driving the company’s strong commercial performance and will now lead the Italian team into its next phase of growth.
